Client: Atlas Copco
When the corporate headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, decided to have a new group-wide corporate video, the purpose was not to produce another traditional presentation of the Atlas Copco Group or its products, but mainly to highlight the added value Atlas Copco can offer its customers by means of worldwide support, high tech solutions, permanent on-site service facilities, etc.
When B·U·T was selected, we realised that this was a job with planes, trains and automobiles. For nearly two months, the camera team crossed the globe to shoot on-site footage – from China, India and South Korea to the United States, from Brazil and Mexico to Kenya and back to the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
In each of these countries customer references had been carefully selected.
In the end, two versions of the video were produced. A full version with voice-over in the main European languages and a shorter version with an attractive instrumental background and on-screen captions in major languages, such as English, Spanish and Chinese.
