Dynamic Office website

What on earth is a Dynamic Office? To be able to familiarize a wide audience with their concept of mobile working, Siemens asked B·U·T to design a dedicated website. The website takes the visitor on a virtual tour of all the aspects that make up Siemens’ Dynamic Office services: IT, office management, change management, etc. The story aims to give decision makers a clearer understanding of the advantages, but also the challenges of mobile working. The site was the terminus of a teasing direct mailing campaign and starts out with a clear link to that campaign. Because a Dynamic Office is so much broader than a common office setting, B·U·T proposed an abstract design that visualizes the actual advantages. Since the best tours are led by a competent guide, actors show visitors around in the site. In addition to the guide’s introduction, visitors can read more about the topics by clicking on the hotspots. Intended for the Belgian market, the website was created in a Dutch and a French version.
